This website collects personal information only when you send us an enquiry. We ask for your name, phone number, email address and, optionally, your organisation, location and a description of your project.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the work you have asked about. We do not sell or share it, and we do not add you to mailing lists without asking.

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox and a backup copy is kept on our web server, which is not publicly accessible. We delete enquiries that do not lead to work after two years. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to contact.ashokaconsultancy@gmail.com.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data collected in our field studies is governed by the consent and data agreements for each study, not by this note.
